G4S is seeking a cheerful, dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services under contract. This includes lead generation, lead qualification, sales pipeline development, pitching and sales of products to meet sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients to sustain or grow sales.

You will be required to represent and adhere to the G4S brand and company values, and will undergo a mandatory background check and vetting process.


Responsibilities

G4S is seeking a cheerful, dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services under contract. This includes lead generation, lead qualification, sales pipeline development, pitching and sales of products to meet sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients to sustain or grow sales.

You will be required to represent and adhere to the G4S brand and company values, and will undergo a mandatory background check and vetting process.



    1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, in-person selling and market research.

    2. Understand customer and market needs and work to develop sales pitches that address those needs.

    3. Establish and maintain productive customer relationships and create additional opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell.

    4. Competently and passionately present, demonstrate and pitch our products and services highlighting their value and benefits.

    5. Collaborate internally with Operations, Billing and Customer Service teams to ensure order and service fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

    6. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports on sales activities, progress and forecasts
