If you are detail‑oriented, systems‑driven, and enjoy being the operational backbone that keeps everything running efficiently, this role is essential to Tech Experts Houston’s growth.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns through email, CRM, and outbound channels
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (one‑pagers, decks, service summaries)
- Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and task lists
- Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness
CRM & Revenue Operations
- Own CRM hygiene across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Manage lead routing, assignments, and status tracking
- Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates, follow-ups, and data accuracy
- Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports for team visibility
Lead Flow & Process Support
- Monitor how leads progress from marketing → sales → service delivery
- Identify breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoff
- Escalate issues proactively and propose process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy so leadership can trust reporting
