- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about various brands of beverages)
- Prepare and do mis-en-place
- Welcome and greet members and direct them to their seats.
- Take accurate orders and serve members.
- Attend to members' complaints.
- Collect bills for payment.
- Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Club General Manager.
