Requirements
  • BSc./BA Communication, Sociology, Economics, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities
  • Training or hands-on experience in a CSO or CBO or Ex-Corps member in who served at a reputable NGO
  • Six months to one year post NYSC experience in health or development ecosystem; working in health promotion or youth development space.

Technical:

  • Basic knowledge of M&E
  • Basic programming skills in youth and community engagement
  • ASRH communication, demand generation and linkage to care.
  • Economic strengthening initiatives
Responsibilities
  • The Youth Innovation and Engagement Officer serves as a vital link between SFH's programmes and the young people they serve, ensuring authentic youth voice informs all aspects of A360 programme design, implementation, and adaptation.
  • This position champions youth-driven innovation, facilitates meaningful adolescent and youth engagement, harnesses data and youth insights for adaptive programming, and supports programme evolution toward more responsive, youth-centred approaches.
  • The role is specifically designed for a young professional (aged 21-24 years)
