  • Scouting for partners and growing an extensive database of partners for the business, spanning across different regions. Job Duties

  • Sourcing for trucks and partners on the field, negotiating best rates
  • Partner pipeline management
  • New Partner Conversion WOW across multiple tiers of partners
  • Partner growth, support, and Management by working closely with the team
  • Manage pre-mobilization for new partners, onboarding process KYC documentations are submitted before repeat trips.
  • Follow up with onboarded partners and ensure regulatory documentations are collected
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
