Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of sales management experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate track record of achievement of performance management improvement and delivery at a senior management level.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for developing high-performing teams and a great culture.
  • Age Range: 30-37 years of age.

Renumeration

  • N400,000 - N500,000 monthly + 10% commission on land and 5% commission on building.

Renumeration

  • Represent the company and its values with excellence and innovation to customers, partners, and stakeholders through engaging and compelling communication, following the company’s code of conduct and policies.
  • Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing feedback and support, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for the team to enhance revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.
  • Manage sales team by recruiting, training and coaching sales representative to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns using digital marketing platforms such as social media, emails, webinars, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team, and the management for improving performance and efficiency.
  • Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team when necessary.
