Qualifications

Renumeration

- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing feedback and support, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for the team to enhance revenue growth and profitability.
- Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.
- Manage sales team by recruiting, training and coaching sales representative to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns using digital marketing platforms such as social media, emails, webinars, etc.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team, and the management for improving performance and efficiency.
- Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team when necessary.
