  • Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc
  • Generate possible business-to-business sales lead
  • Nudge members with mDoc Brand through scheduled phone cadence
  • Contact and convert assigned members to paying members on our different payment platforms
  • Meet month-over-month patient enrollment targets
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential members’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records
