- Outbound/inbound call experience is a plus but not required

- Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc
- Generate possible business-to-business sales lead
- Nudge members with mDoc Brand through scheduled phone cadence
- Contact and convert assigned members to paying members on our different payment platforms
- Meet month-over-month patient enrollment targets
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify potential members’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
