- Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provide product training and support to wholesale clients.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, address customer concerns.
- Visit 25 outlets daily, make sales calls in cluster markets.
- Reconcile with distributors daily, start at 7:30 am, end by 5 pm.
- Achieve Secondary Sales Target, with first visit/call before 9:30 am.
- Work Monday to Saturday, with incentives based on performance.
- Report to ASM.
