- Shall hold the minimum of Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma in any Agricultural related courses
- Any relevant profession certificate.
- Minimum 7 Years working experience in Sugarcane growing.

Responsibilities
- General Supervision and management of a distinct area (600Ha) of the estate to ensure efficient utilization of laborers, materials and equipment’s.
- Assist Farm manager to implement the programme of all the activities of the section at the appropriate time.
- Liaise with senior headman and other supervisory staff to ensure that all field operations are executed to the required standards.
- Maintenance of accurate records of field operations within the section.
- To carry out any other duty as may be directed by the Farm manager.
