Description
- Deliver shisha products promptly and safely to customers
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes within Kano
- Verify delivery details and ensure correct orders are dispatched
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate records when required
- Ensure compliance with all road safety and traffic regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery rider
- Valid rider's license and good knowledge of Kano road networks
- Ability to ride safely and responsibly under all conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to handle delivery tasks
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Familiarity with using maps or navigation apps is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch rider
- Experience in delivery services within the hospitality or food industry is a plus
