Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.

2. Laundry and Linen Care: Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens. This includes changing bed linens and making beds.

3. Organization and Decluttering: Organize and declutter living spaces, ensuring that items are stored properly and that rooms are neat and tidy.

4. Inventory Management: Responsible for keeping track of household supplies, restocking essentials, and creating shopping lists for cleaning and other necessary items. This includes the responsibility of shopping for household items to restock and maintain supplies.

5. Meal Preparation: Perform cooking duties.

6. Maintenance Oversight: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as plumbing or electrical problems, and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors for repairs.

7. Security: Maintaining security by locking doors and windows, monitoring security systems, and being vigilant about unfamiliar individuals on the property.

8. Creating a comfortable and well-maintained home environment.


Knowledge, Skills, And Requirements.

1. 3 years’ experience in a household-related field with proven experience in housekeeping/ house management.

2. Proficiency in cleaning, cooking, washing, and maintaining tidy and clutter-free spaces.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

4. Effective communication with employer and good interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

6. Must demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness.

7. Must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of driving.

8. Must be between 19-27 years of age.

9. Must be able to check schoolwork and provide guidance in school assignments.

10. Must be excellent with kids.
