Role summary

  • Lead member engagement to create a welcoming, collaborative, networked community environment, including networking, newsletters and events

  • Generate, convert, and retain prospective members, through cost-effective promotions and digital channels, including managing website content

  • Develop tools and databases to generate insights to inform positioning, sales strategy and marketing execution, and decision-making

  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate

  • Oversee operations and facility management and Implement processes to strengthen results

  • Develop a dashboard for analysis and measurement of progress and delivery against key goals, and create presentations for leadership review

Experience and Requirements
  • College graduate preferred, but not required

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant prior experience in business operations, customer acquisition and service, sales operations, and marketing growth strategies

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

  • Entrepreneurial team player with a strong aptitude for taking initiative and problem-solving, including exposure to early-stage or start-up environments

  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital and social media marketing tools, i.e. Google Ads/Analytics and Facebook Marketing
