Partzshop is an online auto parts and accessories distributor in Africa, with a comprehensive

catalog of over 550,000 auto parts and accessories from top aftermarket manufacturers to

fit all automobile brands and models.


We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to spearhead the next phase of the

company's growth. You will be in charge of developing the strategic growth plan and will be

working with an amazing team to ensure the implementation of those strategies.





Responsibilities

Partzshop is an online auto parts and accessories distributor in Africa, with a comprehensive

catalog of over 550,000 auto parts and accessories from top aftermarket manufacturers to

fit all automobile brands and models.


We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to spearhead the next phase of the

company's growth. You will be in charge of developing the strategic growth plan and will be

working with an amazing team to ensure the implementation of those strategies.





  • Oversee operational improvements across all areas of the company.

  • Develop and set the business direction and operational strategy for growth.

  • Spearhead the launch of the company in the market.

  • Build critical partnerships and build and manage supply chains.

  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.

  • Develop vertical business opportunities.

  • Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.

  • Ensure continuity and maintain margins.

  • Manage operations to ensure vendor and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet revenue and profit targets.

  • Increase customer acquisition and retention.

  • Handling public relations and corporate communications.

  • Develop new and enhance existing business relationships.


COMPETENCIES:
  • Agile and tech-savvy leader with a deep understanding of the e-commerce space.

  • Proven track record of scaling B2B and B2C sales.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - able to demonstrate a career of wins, failures, and learning.


Education:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree.  

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience.

  • Engineering Experience will be an added advantage.
