Our client, a gated residential estate located in Nairobi, is currently looking to hire an Estate Administrator, reporting to the Estate Executive Committee. He/she will be responsible for the overall management of the estate and will manage all the affairs of running the estate including coordinating with service providers, communication with residents, coordinating with the Executive Committee on resident billings and collections, reports and supervising all aspects affecting the welfare of the estate.

He/she will be responsible for the overall management of the estate and will manage all the affairs of running the estate including coordinating with service providers, communication with residents, coordinating with the Executive Committee on resident billings and collections, reports and supervising all aspects affecting the welfare of the estate.
Ensuring implementation of goals, objectives, directives, or duties set by the Executive Committee.
Responding to general inquiries and requirements/requests from/to the estate.
Conducting Inspection of the estate shared infrastructure and ensure utility bills are paid in time to avoid penalties.
Supervise and maintain relationships with quality service providers - security, cleaning, garbage collection and all other service providers.
Maintain relationships with relevant government authorities, including Nairobi County Government and its related offices (e.g. NEMA, Nairobi Water, KPLC, KURA etc.). You may also be called upon to maintain a cordial working relationship with the local Police Station.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security rules & regulations and manage contractors that have been engaged for services.
Work alongside of the Estate Chairman and Finance Chair to collect resident fees and other miscellaneous fees in accordance with guidance received from the Executive Committee.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Business Administration or any other relevant discipline would be an added advantage, but not a requirement.
Experience in real estate in property/estate management would be an added advantage, but not a requirement.
Ability to create strong professional relationships with the key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make rational decisions, and ensure no bottleneck on the workflow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, results oriented, honest and with good accountability.
Pleasant & positive attitude with excellent management skills.
