- Academic: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree not below Second-Class Lower Division from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience.
- Professional: Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School.
- General: Applicants must be aged 18 to 50 and possess a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
