Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Reception & Communication
Greet customers professionally on arrival
Answer calls on the official workshop number.
Manage WhatsApp Business messages.
Schedule drop-offs and collections
Redirect customers politely to workshop processes
2. Job Intake & Documentation
Open job cards.
Record customer complaints exactly as stated.
Capture:
vehicle details
mileage
fuel level
visible damage
Take clear photos & videos at intake
Explain the approval process.
3. Internal Coordination
Update job status in the system.
Notify management when approvals are received.
Ensure no work starts without written approval.
Coordinate between customer, manager, and foreman
4. Professional Standards
Maintain confidentiality
Keep the front desk organized and calm
Follow SOPs strictly
