Requirements
- At least three years’ experience in fundraising, grants management, donor reporting, or proposal writing in the non-profit or international development sector.
- Strong written English, with the ability to draft both grant proposals and donor reports clearly and accurately.
- Working proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Strong organisational discipline, able to manage multiple deadlines without items falling through the cracks.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset, comfortable with both substantive analytical work and the operational work that keeps the function running.
- Familiarity with international institutional donors, conservation or community-led programmes in East Africa, and experience working remotely in a small team are all welcome but not required.
