About the role

We are looking for a Content Aggregation & Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the Program provides participants with a high-quality, safe pipeline of verified opportunities by aggregating local, regional, and global roles and applying robust QA and fraud-prevention checks reducing exposure to scams, abuse, and unethical recruitment.



Responsibilities
  • Aggregate employment opportunities from vetted sources (employer partners, job boards, networks) relevant to target youth segments.

  • Apply a quality assurance framework to postings: completeness, role clarity, eligibility, compensation/conditions transparency (where available), and alignment with decent-work principles.

  • Run risk checks to detect and block scam indicators, exploitative offers, suspicious contacts, or requests for fees.

  • Maintain and continuously refine verification and escalation procedures (including collaboration with youth support and safeguarding escalation).

  • Coordinate with employer-side teams to confirm authenticity of employers and roles (documentation checks as appropriate).

  • Maintain a “trusted sources” directory and posting standards; train internal contributors on quality rules.

  • Support platform tagging and structured data entry (job taxonomy, location, requirements, accessibility flags).

  • Produce periodic QA reports: volume of opportunities, rejection reasons, risk trends, and improvement actions.

  • Work with MEL/Data to ensure clean data for outcome tracking and learning.

Qualifications & experience
  • Degree in Business, Information Management, HR, Social Sciences, or related field.

  • 2 years in content QA, operations, recruitment ops, trust & safety or data quality roles.

  • Experience with fraud/scam detection or marketplace integrity is an advantage.

Skills & competencies
  • High attention to detail; pattern recognition; sound judgment under ambiguity.

  • Strong data hygiene; comfort with spreadsheets/CRM/admin tools.

  • Ethical mindset; safeguarding awareness.
