Job Title: Junior Operations Supervisor
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Kenya Time)
Solvo Global is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team of customer service representatives. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting performance goals, and maintaining strong team engagement.
- Supervise and support a team of agents to achieve performance targets
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and quality standards
- Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback
- Handle team issues, conflicts, and escalations
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
