Personnel Specification
- HND/B.Sc. Degree.
- Master's or MBA (added advantage)
- The DMRO should, of necessity, hold the membership of NIPR, at least with any other professional bodies’ membership being an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- To acknowledge gifts from donors of the organisation.
- Relate with and service existing donors/members of the organisation effectively.
- To monitor the ecosystem and court prospective donors for the organisation.
- Be an active team member of programmes & events planning for the organisation.
- Ability to speak at Churches/Christian bodies’ fellowship to enlist their support for the organisation when the need arises.
- Effectively manage existing donors/members to ensure their maximum endorsement and support for the organisation.
- Undertake other assigned responsibilities pivotal to the smooth running and success of the BSN.
