Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • Shall hold the minimum of Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Certificate in Instrumentation, Control Systems or Process Control.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Similar role, preferably in process industry.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain process control instruments, sensors, transmitters, and gauges across the mill.
  • Ensure accurate measurement of parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level.
  • Respond promptly to instrumentation alarms and faults during shifts.
  • Perform routine calibration and testing of instruments to maintain accuracy.
  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems, PLCs, and automation equipment.
  • Support troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide continuous instrumentation support during crushing operations.
  • Coordinate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.
