Job Title/Cadre: Operations & Partnerships Officer

Requirements

· Being a hybrid role (85% remote, 15% onsite), owning a laptop is a necessity.

· Working hours: 5 days a week; 8am – 5pm. (40 hours).

· Availability to Wi-Fi and internet.

· Always available via call, Zoom, and MS Teams during working hours.

Candidate Experience:

· BSc. / HND degree from a recognized Tertiary institution.

· Must have completed NYSC.

· Experience working in or with technology and its tools is a great addition, must be technology savvy.

· Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.

· Time and task management skills.

· Self-motivation and focus abilities.

· Proactive with written and oral communication skills.

· Able to work under minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations

· Foster relationships between creatives, vendors and BackMyWork team.

· Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly, whilst providing excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationship with creatives, funders, and backers.

· Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and activities on the backmywork.com platform.

· Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties.

· Participate and support in website improvement, pricing inventories and supporting new product launches.

· Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas, and issues.

· Develop and execute growth plans in conjunction with the senior executive team.

Support

· Offer support to creatives and vendors where necessary.

· Maintain a relationship with creatives and vendors to keep them abreast of next steps.

· Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.

Partnerships

· Foster relationships between creatives, vendors and BackMyWork team.

· Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and activities on the BackMyWork platform.

· Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer with daily tasks and duties.

· Work with partners (vendors and creatives) to arrange and hold partnership meetings, deliver administrative aspects of the partnership plans, support senior management as they review and appraise partnerships.

· Follow up and execution of partnerships in line with the agreements, on track and on time.

· Work as focal point and main support resource in preparing accurate, timely and complete reports related to activities in partnership on a weekly basis.

· Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly, whilst providing excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationship with creatives, funders, and backers.

· Drive, review and assess potential new partnership opportunities with vendor and creatives across the country: while maintaining ongoing partnerships with current partners and offer new ways to grow existing partnerships.

· Ensure effective and collaborative partnership assessments and vetting of content and talents/creatives on a routine basis to ensure that the company is not exposed to undue risk.

· Review partnership management practices: identify and follow up on actions to improve practice.

· Engage and track partner deliverables and expectations through various company challenges and resources to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Social Media & Website

· Monitor and track creatives’ uploads on the backend of the website weekly.

· Review all uploads, check for errors and discrepancies in creatives’ content.

· Create content (written and graphic) to be used across social media channels.

· Manage all social media platforms and direct messaging channels.
