• Patrol and inspect all perimeter fences to ensure protection of company assets from intruders, theft, vandalism, fire and any other hazards. 
  

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. 
  

• Book daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person in the occurrence book. 
  

• Work outside schedule hours to ensure consistent coverage, attend training classes, meetings and other activities as needed to meet organizational goals. 
  

• Carry out prompt security investigation and gather intelligence information where necessary an as directed and submit candid report on time to the in charge. 
  

• Issue soaps and toilet papers to workers once a month and controlling of employees traffic at the egress/entrance. 
  

• Open and supervise all activities in the factory exit until closed during factory operations e.g. off loading of raw materials, disposing of waste etc and ensure that the exits have been closed properly. 
  

• Accompany employees who fall sick during working hours to the hospital. 
  

• Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time. 
  

• Assist in issuing the clinic cards to the factory employees. 
  

• Supervise the external guards when conducting search. 
  

• Help in controlling employees when being searched. 
  

• Monitor the movements of keys and other items in the time office by updating all records used for the purpose. 
  

The potential candidate should be willing to work in shifts.

NB: The individual should have a Diploma/Degree in Security or any other security training.
