Description

Requirements:

A degree/HND Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in fintech, corporate banking, treasury, payments, or enterprise client services. Post NYSC experience.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage the onboarding and end-to-end implementation of complex payment solutions for corporate clients.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for mid-to-large enterprise accounts, supporting payment product adoption and operational excellence.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, drive resolutions, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  4. Analyze client transaction trends and provide actionable insights to improve usage, efficiency, and engagement.
  5. Prepare solution proposals, process documentation, and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Support the design and execution of scalable client servicing processes and tools.
  7. Identify opportunities for product and process improvements based on client feedback and market developments.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards in all client and operational activities.
