Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and campaign execution.
  • Assist in coordinating the delivery of marketing and branding materials to branches.
  • Follow up with branches and suppliers on requests, timelines and deliveries.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of events, promotions and brand activations.
  • Support with supplier quotations, invoices and other marketing documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating the dispatch and collection of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update marketing trackers, timelines and activity lists.
  • Follow up on pending activities and flag delays or issues to the Marketing team.
  • Provide general administrative, communication and coordination support to the Marketing team.

  • Learn how marketing activities are executed across multiple branches and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop practical skills in project coordination and campaign execution.
  • Gain exposure to working with Operations, Procurement and Logistics teams.
  • Develop your communication, organisation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Learn how to work with timelines, quotations, suppliers and marketing materials.
  • Receive guidance, mentorship and feedback from the Marketing team to support your professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in marketing and communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, dependable and willing to learn.
  • Ability to follow up on tasks and work effectively with different teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Previous internship or exposure to marketing, communications, events or brand activations will be an added advantage.
