Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

* Post and market products online

* Follow up on orders and payments

* Grow online sales and customer engagement

* Assist in creating simple marketing content


Requirements:

• Good communication skills

* Active on social media platforms

* Honest, organized and self-driven
