Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (CHRP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
- Membership with IHRM Kenya will be an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years' progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Working knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and other relevant labour legislation.
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
