Description
- Proven experience operating a HIAB or similar loader crane
- Valid driver’s license (preferably Class G or relevant heavy-duty class)
- Good understanding of safety procedures and load handling
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Crane Operation: Operate lorry-mounted (HIAB) crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials
- Driving & Transport: Safely drive heavy-duty vehicles to assigned locations
- Load Security: Ensure all loads are properly secured before transit
- Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip checks on truck and crane
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all traffic laws and HSE regulations
- Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs and inspection records
