Qualifications & Experience
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or a related degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a similar field.
- Membership of the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of cognate experience in the Food, Feed, or FMCG industry.
- Membership of a professional body
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor technological innovative programs and extend innovation/development to farmer by providing training and guidance to farmers on how to achieve best yield from Top feeds products in the assigned region.
- Responsible for monitoring the activities/journey plan of the Technology Deployment Officer in assigned region through adequate supervision of programs which supports B2B of Top feeds products.
- Provide Technical support to the sales team in the assigned region by swiftly responding to farm emergencies, actively participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other knowledge sharing sessions to improve the loyalty of farmers/customers to Top feeds products.
- Manage the technological interface between management and customers/farmers by collecting and collating data and reports from the field and reporting same to management for effective decision making.
- Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.
