This is a mission‑critical, high‑volume role where you’ll own the edit pipeline end‑to‑end, from curation to fine‑art finishing. Your judgement determines what families see — and what becomes legacy artwork on their walls.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Curate 200–500 images per athlete into a polished, emotionally strong story.
  
• Select, crop, balance, and prep images for premium viewing sessions.
  
• Build album covers and supporting layouts.
  
• Perform fine‑art post‑edits on client‑selected images (20–40 per athlete).
  
• Retouch, color‑correct, remove distractions, and prepare print‑quality files.
  
• Do light social‑media video edits (BTS + short reels).
