A University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Clinical / Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology with Applied Medical Parasitology and Bacteriology. Alternatively, a person may have held a position as a medical laboratory scientist, laboratory technologist or medical laboratory analyst.
Possession of a relevant advanced degree will give an added advantage
Have completed National Youth Service Corp (NYSC)
Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 9 years post NYSC work experience 
Experience in sample collection and analysis (e.g. blood, stool, sputum)
Fluency in a Nigerian local language
Experience in implementing a supply management system.
Knowledge of all basic laboratory techniques and quality control systems
Ability to cope with stress and to organize and prioritize workload.
Experience in working in a laboratory offering specific tests for ART treatment monitoring.
Must be computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite at the minimum.
Other computer skills will be of added advantage
