Qualifications

  • Experience in property sales or leasing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Coast property market (added advantage, but not mandatory).
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong performers).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven.
  • You must live on the coast.
  • Must have a personal car (critical requirement).
  • Must be comfortable working on commission.


Responsibilities
  • Source, list, and sell/lease residential or land properties across Kilifi and Mombasa.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client needs assessments to match buyers and tenants with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and developments within the Coast real estate market.
  • Prepare accurate reports, listings, documentation, and client updates.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the wider Pam Golding Properties team.
