Description
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or a related field.
- At least three years' experience in banqueting, events or high-volume food production, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
- Strong food preparation, presentation and hygiene skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrates our brand values.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences and banquets.
- Supervise the kitchen section and guide junior team members.
- Maintain recipe, portion and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with Banqueting, Events and Service teams.
- Support event preparation, buffet setup and replenishment.
- Monitor quality,stock, wastage, hygiene and food safety.
- Assist with menu planning and special event requirements.
