Description
Education, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements
- Expertise in traditional knowledge systems, African cultural contexts, and community engagement.
- Relevant degree(s) in related fields.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus (specifically French or Portuguese).
- Proven experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams, preferably in non-profit or development contexts.
- Experience in working in African countries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to collaborative learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience working in youth programs or related development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and foster knowledge sharing.
- Agility and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in fast-paced, urgent work environments are essential, as the work often requires rapid mobilization and adaptive action.
