Responsibilities

We have a new requirement for Production Lead for Noodles production.

- Experience required is 10-12 years

- Qualification required is BE mechanical engineering


  1. Complete shift management –including manpower handling, allocation and administration of the shift for production, quality and engineering team.
  2. Production planning and execution.
  3. Co-Ordination with QA , Finance ,HR, Logistic and other department for the smooth functioning of the production.
  4. Verification of the process parameters.
  5. Focus and control the station wise losses.
  6. Manpower training and education wrt Quality, safety and productivity and routine machine operation & maintenance.
  7. Track on line quality and focus on defect generation.
  8. Periodic review of risk assessment, minor injuries, near misses, and its counter measure in place.
  9. To prepare the standard operating procedures for all equipment and train the workmen.
  10. To lead the plant for HACCP followed by FSMS(ISO 2200:2005) certification & IMS (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015 &OHSAS 18001:2007)
  11. To track and do the RCA for each down times and rectify the same in co-ordination with engineering team.
  12. To perform the periodic audits for the plant wrt safety, quality and general awareness and demonstrate the usage of PPEs such as ear plugs, nose mask, goggles, safety shoe, hand gloves, etc.
  13. To perform the routine CIP, cleaning of the plant as per the defined protocols.
  14. Seek for various modes for manpower training and maintain the harmony within the factory premises’, build the strong reputation with all respective stake holders.
  15. Documentation & record keeping.
  16. To lead the workforce for 5S methodology and sustain it.
  17. To lead the workforce for the best practices in food industry such as GMP, Kaizen.
