Manage all aspects of theware-house such as receiving of products, stock, stock storage and dispatch of consignments by following BF Suma policies to ensure zero stock

loss.

JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:

- Technical roles
  • Managing the small warehouse, keeping store tidy and arranging products all the
  • time.

  • Packing all products/consignments to be sent to shops/outlet
  • timely.
  • Avoid poor handling and missing of products, warehouse keeper is answerable
  • and entitled to pay for those losses to the company.
  • Conduct a monthly stock reminder on expiries, damages, shortages and missing products.

  • Actively participate in moving, checking and verifying
  • goods from big warehouse.
  • Keep all products stock records or data safely in lockable area.

  • In charge of making sure that NO product leaves the warehouse without being approved by the Finance office (ACCs/OAE/CAMs).

  • ·        - Consistent co-ordination with courier agent and data entry clerks to ensure that productly

    are delivered on time.

    ·         - Responsible for managing the warehouse with available space utilization. Warehouse

    will be having product stocks and promotional items accordingly.

    ·         - Ensured all the documentation such as Bin cards are prepared accurately and in time with proper storage.


    ·         - Planning, organizing and controlling of

    small Warehouse’ over-all operations.

    ·         - Responsible for periodical inventory verifications & physical stock checks



    Any other Duties

    Perform any other assignment assigned by Management.
