At Pricepally, we are looking for a Call Center Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for generating leads, effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


Responsibilities
At Pricepally, we are looking for a Call Center Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for generating leads, effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner with lead generation/appointment setting being the primary goal.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our Call Centre Database in a comprehensible way.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers offering assistance and support.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.

  • Requirement

    Bachelor's Degree in any field.

    1-2years experience in a customer support role/call center position.

    Good verbal communication, and active listening skills.

    Ability to use CRM softwares
