Description
The role supports the Country Manager and Marketing Officer in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The incumbent will oversee trainer-related operations, including performance management, engagement, and issue resolution, while ensuring effective coordination within the trainers' team. The position plays a key role in enhancing customer acquisition, strengthening customer retention, and supporting the achievement of organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs through various learning channels, including online seminars, printed manuals, group workshops, and training videos.
- Identify training needs and competency gaps by engaging with Country Managers (CMs), Country Assistant Managers (CAMs), Company Trainers (CTs), and other stakeholders to gather feedback and recommendations.
- Review and assess existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with current business objectives and operational requirements.
- Develop, update, and customize training materials, manuals, and resources to address specific learning and business needs.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, ensuring adherence to the approved training calendar.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the Training Department with East Africa BF Suma business units and organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate trainer effectiveness and organizational training outcomes to ensure learning interventions achieve the desired business impact and performance objectives.
- Design and implement training solutions that address current and emerging business needs.
- Prepare and present training performance reports, recommendations, and improvement plans to management.
