Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in food ingredient/raw material sales or business development.
  • Strong experience in Packed Foods, Sweets & Candies, Cookies & Biscuits, or related food manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of food manufacturing processes and food ingredient applications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market penetration.
  • Drive sales of food ingredients and raw materials within the Packed Foods, Sweets & Candies, and Cookies & Biscuits segments.
  • Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Coordinate product presentations, customer visits, and technical demonstrations where required.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
