We are currently seeking a skilled candidate to fill the role of Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of complex machinery. The Machine Operator will be responsible for Operating complex machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently, Meeting the production fulfillment needs of both internal and external customers, Maintaining high standards of company procedures and codes of conduct and Upholding a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary.


Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled candidate to fill the role of Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of complex machinery. The Machine Operator will be responsible for Operating complex machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently, Meeting the production fulfillment needs of both internal and external customers, Maintaining high standards of company procedures and codes of conduct and Upholding a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary.


• Calibrate the machine before the production begins
• Set up machine for each production cycle

• Control and adjust machine settings

• Clean and check the machine

• Monitor and control the machine performance settings

• Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.

• Keep an updated database on all of the machine’s information, defective units and final products.

• Regularly submit performance reports, and maintain activity log

• Recommend and suggest best possible production cycle outcome based on machine capacity
