Company Overview
We are a fast-paced, results-driven corporate organization seeking a highly competent and exceptionally proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a demanding environment and is able to anticipate needs, think ahead, and execute with precision.
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as the principal assistant to the Director, providing strategic and administrative support while ensuring seamless coordination of high-level activities. The ideal candidate must be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working long and flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the principal assistant to the Director, managing a complex and frequently changing schedule
• Proactively anticipate the Director’s needs and ensure timely preparation of materials and information
• Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track execution of action points
• Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Director and key internal and external stakeholders
• Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries with precision
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Support execution of strategic initiatives and corporate projects
• Ensure efficient coordination of office operations related to the Director’s office
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (mandatory)
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
