Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational, international, or fast-paced organization.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan Employment Laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and/or geographically diverse teams.
Previous experience in a multinational company, international organization, or other internationally structured environment is highly desirable.
Experience supporting both employees and management across a broad range of HR matters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.
A practical, solution-oriented approach to HR.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
Partner with management and employees on HR matters, providing practical and professional guidance.
Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is properly managed.
Coordinate employment contracts, leave, attendance, performance management, and other employee-related processes.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Kenyan employment law, local HR practices, and company standards.
Support performance management, employee development, training, and engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant people-related insights.
Work closely with international stakeholders and colleagues across different cultures and time zones.
Promote a professional, inclusive, and positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and collaboration.
Support employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution, addressing workplace concerns fairly and constructively.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll-related employee data, including attendance, leave, benefits, and other compensation-related information.
Stay updated on labor laws, employment regulations, and best HR practices to ensure company compliance.
Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee information.
Support other HR projects and initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
