      • Engaging with hiring managers & business partners to understand resourcing needs aligned to business objectives.
      • Managing and driving the recruitment governance process for assigned business unit always ensuring audit readiness.
      • Effective co-ordination and administration of the recruitment and selection process by utilizing multiple and appropriate channels to source for and identify qualified candidates.
      • Track applicant data, provide timely feedback, manage, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
      • Monitor recruitment activities through the online recruitment portal and external recruitment agencies, to ensure service level agreements are being adhered to.
      • Assist in the streamlining and continuous improvement of internal and external recruitment and selection methods and approaches for assigned business unit.
      • Ensuring recruitment deadlines from People and Culture (P&C) Business Partners and other Business Partners are met.
      • Providing proactive recruitment support to the Business, and upskilling Line Managers with best practice resourcing support.
      • Provision of regular reports detailing recruitment and selection activities in assigned business unit.
      • Manage the planning, selection, and placement of candidates for the Stanbic IBTC graduate trainee & DISEP programs.
      • Writing and managing engaging advertising as well as identifying suitable channels to target the right profile of candidate.
      • Sourcing and headhunting candidates through a variety of mediums including databases to find people that best match our client specifications.
      • Candidate Management throughout recruitment process from initial contact through application process/interviews all the way to offer / on boarding.
      • Screening candidate applications and recommending a shortlist of best fit candidates
      • Achieving volume targets of quality candidates
      • Anchor appropriate and best practice use of assessments in selection.
      • Educate hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the transformation of the assessment culture within Stanbic IBTC.
      • Manage and analyze the assessment dashboard and extract key insights for action.
      • Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Head Talent & Acquisition which will provide key input for updates to the leadership of People & Culture.
      • Ensure appropriate internal and external governance and adherence to Service Level Agreements and contracts.
      • Analyze and manage assessment spend and leverage assessments more effectively.
      • Ensure the quality of candidate experience, reports, and feedback.
      • Provide feedback on holistic trends and make recommendations
      • Drive the collection of the required data elements for candidates.
      • Analyze risk indicators and dashboards on monthly basis by reviewing the reports provided and identifying areas of concern.
      • Present scorecards and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.
      • Ensure that all applicant tracking system (smart recruiter) non-negotiables and requirements are adhered to.
      • Drive all assigned deliverables within the Talent Acquisition calendar within required timelines.
      • Coordinate and provide project management support to other team members to ensure delivery of TA calendar item and projects.
      • Provide weekly and periodic reporting of TA calendar activities.
      • Support the delivery of related ad hoc projects as assigned to the Talent Acquisition team.
