Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/ engineering or computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Basic understanding of telecom products

Work Experience

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Account Management in a busy a large commercial enterprise with experience in managing government customers.

  • Experience in an ICT environment.


Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategic plans to grow Enterprise sales, manage and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations in order to contribute to sustaining and growing the LE business to achieve long-term success.

  • To increase MTN Market share through segment growth, new account (Key Prospect conversion) as well as acquisition, development & maintenance of current accounts (Key Accounts – KA and Other Buying Accounts –OBA)

  • To increase MTN Market share within the government business community by driving new accounts’ acquisition and as well as retention and account growth.

  • Drive Growth in Fixed services i.e., Fixed data and fixed connectivity.

  • Increased LE contribution to EBU Revenue growth to 65% through accelerated FMCG business growth and drive uptake of ICT & connectivity services.

  • Drive growth in Converged services revenue contribution i.e., IoT, MNS, Cloud and UC.

  • Delivery on sales targets as aligned with company business objectives.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain a positive business and customer relationship with the target government business community.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive acquisition and retention effort to capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Optimize sales and penetration into key accounts within the LE sector.

  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
