Description
The Culture Enablement Partner (Culture Champion) is responsible for driving employee engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and embedding company values into daily operations. The role partners with leaders and teams to foster collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and high performance while supporting initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.


Responsibilities
  • Promote and reinforce organizational values, culture, and desired workplace behaviors.

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

  • Facilitate team activities, workshops, and programs that strengthen collaboration and morale.

  • Monitor employee engagement trends and identify opportunities for culture improvement.

  • Gather and provide culture and engagement insights to leadership teams.

  • Support onboarding activities to ensure effective cultural integration of new hires.

  • Identify engagement gaps, behavioral concerns, and improvement opportunities, escalating where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, reports, and documentation related to culture and engagement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

  • Support communication initiatives that enhance transparency, alignment, and team connectivity.

  • Track the effectiveness of engagement activities and recommend continuous improvement actions.

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across the organization.
