Diploma in Machinery Operations, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Monitor flow meters, product flow, temperatures, vacuum levels, and chemical dosing.

Coordinate with Tank Farm personnel to ensure accurate product delivery.

Facilitate efficient filtration processes and effective recovery of spillages.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Ensure timely sampling and analysis of products.

Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and quality control data.

Coordinate with the Maintenance team to plan machine servicing and ensure equipment availability.

Adhere to safety, hygiene, and food safety standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.

Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, EHS, HR, Soap Plant, and Tank Farm teams to achieve production goals.
