Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or Law or a related field with a minimum of second class (upper division) or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing.
- Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting related obligations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files, Local Files, and review of Country-by-Country Reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
- Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using databases and other research tools.
- Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies for clients.
- Assist in managing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and finance to ensure alignment on transfer pricing matters.
- Keep abreast of changes in transfer pricing regulations, tax laws and industry best practices.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Mentor graduate trainees and interns and support knowledge sharing within the team.
