- Minimum of 2 years Field Recovery experience
- Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
- Competent Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of financial and non-financial agreement processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in the banking or microfinance industry is a plus.

- The Recovery Officer role is a temporary hybrid role located in Abuja. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the loan recovery process.
- The role will require the Officer to liaise with clients who have defaulted on their loans or payments and work collaboratively with clients to find solutions.
- The responsibilities will also involve working with internal departments within Renmoney to build appropriate strategies.
