Qualifications: –
- Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with experience ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in marketing & relationship management.
- A Master’s Degree or relevant post graduate diploma will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge (not less than 2 years) of Banking, donor relations, proposal writing and/or general business/will be added advantage.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate at different levels.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Market to and onboard local & International NGOS (INGOs)
- Assist in seeking and mobilizing deposits from development partners/clients and the International NGOs
- Assist in scoping business levels with clear wallet sizes of all partnerships.
- Write proposals and tenders to NGOs and Donor for banking business including CIT and consultancy services.
- Provide capacity building to Co-operatives, pre-Co-operatives, associations and other self-help groups to enhance social-economic development of the people through wealth creation by working collaboratively with development partners/donors such as NGOs to directly impact agriculture, farmers and Co-operatives.
- Act as a liaison between the bank, donors/development partners and Other private sector players.
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor donor projects.
- Provide leadership and relationship management to the bank’s NGO business by managing the NGOs portfolio and working with other business units for the growth of this business sector.
