Selection Criteria:

Applicants should

1. Earned PhD in the relevant area from an accredited and recognized university.
   
2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer.
   
3. At least 48 publication points, with 32 from credible refereed scholarly journal articles, or 1 article in a credible journal plus 1 university-level book, or 1 patent grant and other equivalent scholarly outputs since becoming a Senior Lecturer.
   
4. Supervised at least 4 postgraduate students to completion, including 1 at the doctoral level, since becoming a Senior Lecturer.
   
5. Registered with a relevant professional body (if applicable) and in good standing.
   
6. Evidence of active community outreach/engagement.
   
7. Possesses relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies.
